Home delivery is Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days; WA, NT and remote areas may take longer. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Delivery is $14.95 flat, free on orders over $150. Bulky items — beds, lift chairs, scooters, electric wheelchairs, commodes and ramps — may need a freight quote; we contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund if the quote doesn't suit.
