Faulty, damaged or not as described: contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind: unused products in original packaging with all accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Hygiene items — incontinence products, worn braces, toileting and personal-care items, mattress protectors, skin care — cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Return postage for change of mind is at your cost.
