Demo Pharmacy's online mobility range is supplied by Ability Warehouse, a Sydney-based assistive-technology supplier. You buy from the pharmacy you trust; the warehouse handles stock and shipping. Here's what that means for you.
Who is Ability Warehouse?
Ability Warehouse is an Australian assistive-technology supplier based in Sydney. It stocks over 500 mobility, bathroom, bedroom, daily-living and continence products from brands such as Rebotec, Etac, Homecraft and Omron.
Local pharmacies, occupational therapists and care providers partner with Ability Warehouse so they can offer a full range without holding the stock themselves. Your receipt and invoice come from the Demo Pharmacy store; the parcel comes from the warehouse.

Yes, unused items within 30 days. Drop them at Demo Pharmacy or post them back; Demo Pharmacy arranges the refund.
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. For pickup orders, Demo Pharmacy will contact you when it has arrived.
Funding your purchase
Every order comes with a claim-ready tax invoice. Here's what each scheme usually needs.
NDIS
Self-managed: pay now, claim with your invoice. Plan-managed: request a quote and we'll invoice your plan manager. Agency-managed: speak to Demo Pharmacy first.
