Instructions for application

• Only apply on unbroken skin
• Switch off Tens Machine, prior to applying
• Attach lead wire from Tens Machine or Muscle Stimulkator to connector
• Remove electrode from liner. Keep the liner for after use.
• Place electrode on skin location
• Now attach lead wire to device

Instructions for removal

• Turn off tens machine
• Disconnect lead wires from the unit.
• Remove electrode from skin
• Place back on liner
